If you are reaching a 403 Forbidden page
Our Terms of Service lists the bandwidth limitations for each day (30GB) which is data, meaning streamed or downloaded. If you get blocked for excessive downloading, typically the block is removed 24 hours from when it started. If you return to mass downloading day after day, we reserve the right to end your membership as noted in the Terms of Service page.
My Username/Password is not working
Theer are a few reasons your access may not be working. 1) Mass downloading as stated above. 2) Using a false name when signing up. 3) Using a VPN when signing up (our Terms of Service stipulates vpn use is not allowed). When you signup for our sites, the username is emailed to you if you are one of the pay sites, and if you're signing up for a clip site, you are emailed a email confirmation to confirm you are real. If you did not receive it, check your spam or trash folder as it may have been directed there.
